Zusammenfassung: | According to the present invention, as a means to achieve the purpose, a spring lever (3) is attached to a three-point two-stage toggle switch (2), and then a plurality of touch pin holes (9) are processed in a circular shape on a driving gear (6) and a driven gear (7) and, if two touch pins (8) are fixed to the holes, the two touch pins form left and right rotation angles. During operation with power from a motor (12), the touch pins (8) and the spring lever (3) collide to accumulate spring elasticity (3), and, if the toggle switch (2) and the spring lever (3) are pushed with the elasticity of the spring lever (3) in the vicinity of a vertex of the toggle switch lever (2), the switch is returned to its original position to change the polarity of power, and thus, the motor is reversely rotated and operated in a direction opposite to an existing direction, and continuous repetition is performed. A fan (15) which is rotated together with a rotary shaft (5) by attaching the rotary shaft (5) thereto, a nozzle and the like are attached to the driven gear (7) to be rotated. Left and right rotation can be used suitably for a space by setting various rotation angles. Based on such an effect, various applications and modifications can be made and beneficially used for industries.
본 발명은 상기의 목적을 달성하기 위한 수단 으로서 3점2단 토클스위치(2)에 스프링레버(3)를 부착하고서 구동기어(6), 피동기어(7)에 원형으로 다수의 터치핀 홀(9)을가공하고 홀에는 2개의 터치핀(8)을 고정하면 2개의 터치핀은 좌,우회전각을 구성하게되고 ,모터(12)의 동력으로 구동할때 터치핀(8)과 스프링레버(3)가 부딪혀 축적한 스프링탄성(3)으로 토클스위치레버(2)의 꼭지점부근에서 스프링레버(3)의 탄성으로 토클스위치(2) 스프링레바(3)를 밀어주면 스위치가 원위치하여서 전원의 극성이 바뀌면서 모터는 역회전 하게되어 기존방향과는 반대방향으로 구동하게되고 연속반복이 이루어진다.피동기어(7)에는 회전축(5)을 부착하여서 회전축(5)과 함께 회전하는 팬(15),노즐등을 부착하여서 회전하는것으로 요약한다. 좌,우회전을 다양한 회전각을 설정하여서 공간에 알맞게 사용할수있다.이를 기반으로 다양한 응용 변경하여서 산업적으로 유용하게 이용가능할것이다. |
