FILM-FORMING APPARATUS AND FILM-FORMING METHOD

Provided is a technique capable of suppressing particles while improving the in-plane uniformity of substrate processing. According to the present invention, provided is a film-forming apparatus comprising: a processing container forming a vacuum atmosphere therein; a mounting table having a heating means provided in the processing container for loading a substrate; a gas discharge mechanism provided at a position opposite to the mounting table; and an exhaust means for exhausting the inside of the processing container.
