Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an apparatus for recovery of volatile organic compounds and a method for recovery of the volatile organic compounds, and more specifically, to an apparatus for recovery of volatile organic compounds and a method for recovery of the volatile organic compounds, wherein the apparatus includes: a condensing unit connected to a discharge facility for discharging a gas containing volatile organic compounds and condensing volatile organic compounds from the gas introduced from the discharge facility; and an adsorption unit for concentrating residual volatile organic compounds from the gas discharged from the condensing unit. The concentrated volatile organic compound is introduced into the condensing unit after a desorption process and is mixed with the gas introduced from the discharge facility. 본 발명은, 휘발성 유기화합물의 회수 장치 및 휘발성 유기화합물의 회수 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로, 휘발성 유기화합물을 포함하는 가스를 배출하는 배출 시설과 연결되고, 상기 배출 시설에서 유입된 상기 가스에서 휘발성 유기화합물을 응축하는 응축부; 및 상기 응축부에서 배출된 가스에서 잔류 휘발성 유기화합물을 농축하는 흡착부;를 포함하고, 상기 농축된 휘발성 유기화합물은, 탈착 공정 이후에 상기 응축부로 유입되고, 상기 배출 시설에서 유입되는 상기 가스와 혼합되는 것인, 휘발성 유기화합물의 회수 장치 및 휘발성 유기화합물의 회수 방법에 관한 것이다.
