Oil-drop makeup cosmetic composition

The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition and, more particularly, to an oil-drop makeup cosmetic composition, which comprises: purified water, a moisturizing agent, a chelating agent, a thickener, a cation supplying agent (electrolyte) and a water-soluble pigment in a water phase; and at least one selected from the group consisting of ester oils, hydrocarbon oils, silicone oils, and vegetable oils in an oil phase, so that the oil in the water phase can maintain a spherically dispersed state, and the thickener includes gellan gum and xanthan gum so as to maintain transparency without destroying viscosity even with a large amount of pigments. 본 발명은 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 수상부에 정제수, 보습제, 킬레이트제, 점증제, 양이온 공급제(전해질), 수용성 색소를 포함하며, 유상부에 에스테르류 오일, 탄화수소류 오일, 실리콘계류 오일, 식물성 오일로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 오일을 포함하여, 수상부 내에 오일이 구상으로 분산된 상태를 유지하되, 상기 점증제는 젤란검과 잔탄검으로 구성되어 다량의 색소에도 점도가 무너지지 않고 투명도를 유지할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일-드롭 메이크업 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.
