Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a recombinant plasmid for inducing bioluminescence, a transformant prepared by transforming the same, and a method of analyzing the luminescence of an organism using the same. The recombinant plasmid comprises: a gene encoding a lumazine protein derived from Photobacterium phosphoreum; a lux L promoter or lux C promoter; and a mutated riboflavin operon derived from Bacillus subtilis. 본 발명은 포토박테리움 포스포리움(Photobacterium phosphoreum) 유래의 루마진 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자; lux L 프로모터 또는 lux C 프로모터; 및 고초균(Bacillus subtilis) 유래의 돌연변이된 리보플라빈 오페론을 포함하는 생물 발광 유도용 재조합 플라스미드, 이를 형질 전환한 형질 전환체 및 이를 이용한 생물의 발광을 분석하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
