Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an anti-atopic composition containing extract of pepper seed residue as an effective component. The extract of pepper seed residue of the present invention has an effect of inhibiting secretion of β-hexosaminidase, histamine, IL-4 and TNF-α, which are increased by calcium carrier A23187 (calcium Ionophore A23187). Thus, a composition containing the extract of pepper seed residue of the present invention as an effective component may be useful for health functional food for preventing or alleviating allergic atopic dermatitis, cosmetics for allergic atopic dermatitis or therapeutic agent for allergic atopic dermatitis. 본 발명은 고추씨박 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 항아토피 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 고추씨박 추출물은 칼슘운반체 A23187(Calcium Ionophore A23187)에 의해 증가된 베타-헥소사미니다아제(β-hexosaminidase), 히스타민, IL-4 및 TNF-α의 분비를 억제하는 효과가 있으므로, 본 발명의 고추씨박 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 조성물은 알러지성 아토피 피부염의 예방 또는 개선용 건강기능식품, 알러지성 아토피 피부염용 화장품 또는 알러지성 아토피 피부염용 치료제로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
