Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of grease for a vehicle transmission motor with lubricant improving agent and surfactant using a decompression device. More specifically, the present invention relates to a manufacturing method of grease for a vehicle transmission motor with lubricant improving agent and surfactant using a decompression device, capable of reducing discoloration and deterioration by using a decompression device, shortening the reaction time to reduce the manufacturing cost, and improving the lubricity, load resistance and heat resistance of grease by adding a lubricant improving agent and surfactant. To this end, the manufacturing method of grease for a vehicle transmission motor with lubricant improving agent and surfactant using a decompression device according to the present invention includes: (a) a primary material input step of introducing a primary material including a base oil including PAO4 and PAO40 and a thickener including lithium, fatty acid, PTFE, and bentone into a reactor; (b) a primary heating and dehydration step in which the temperature of the reactor is increased to a predetermined temperature in order to form saponification using the primary material to perform dehydration; (c) a secondary material input step in which an additive including a lubricant improving additive and a surfactant additive for improving lubrication is added; (d) a decompression process using a decompression device to shorten the reaction time of the input raw material and strengthen the bonding force; (e) a secondary heating step of increasing the temperature to the reaction temperature by gradually increasing the temperature by 1°C every 5 minutes from the temperature of the primary heating and dehydration step; and (f) a reaction step which is continued for a predetermined time until the chemical reaction of the input material is terminated.
본 발명은 감압장치를 이용한 윤활향상제와 계면활성제가 첨가된 자동차 변속기 모터용 그리스의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는, 감압장치를 이용하여 변색 및 변질을 감소시키고 반응시간을 단축시켜 제조원가를 저감시키고 윤활향상제와 계면활성제가 첨가되어 그리스의 윤활성, 내하중성 및 내열성을 향상시킬수 있는 감압장치를 이용한 윤활향상제와 계면활성제가 첨가된 자동차 변속기 모터용 그리스의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 감압장치를 이용한 윤활향상제와 계면활성제가 첨가된 자동차 변속기 모터용 그리스의 제조방법은 (a) PAO4, PAO40를 포함하는 기유와 리튬, 지방산, PTFE, 벤톤를 포함하는 증주제를 포함하는 1차원료를 반응기에 투입하는 1차원료투입공정; (b) 1차원료를 이용하여 비누화 형성을 위하여 반응기의 온도를 소정온도로 승압하여 탈수를 진행하는 1차승온및탈수공정; (c) 윤활향상을 위한 윤활향상첨가제와 계면활성첨가제를 포함한 첨가제가 투입되는 2차원료투입공정; (d) 투입된 원료의 반응시간을 단축시키고, 결합력을 강화시키기 위해 감압장치를 이용한 감압공정; (e) 1차승온및탈수공정의 온도에서 5분에 1℃씩 서서히 승온 |
