AROMATIC POLYCARBONATE RESIN COMPOSITION AND MOLDED ARTICLE FOR OPTICAL USE

The present invention provides an aromatic polycarbonate resin composition, which causes no damage upon the properties, such as heat resistance and mechanical strength, unique to a polycarbonate resin, has excellent heat stability and high light transmittance, and particularly shows high light transmittance, even when an article molded therefrom is heated. The aromatic polycarbonate resin composition includes an aromatic polycarbonate resin (A), a phosphorus-based antioxidant (B), a fatty acid ester (C), and a specific aromatic compound (D), wherein the phosphorus-based antioxidant is used in an amount of 0.01-1 parts by weight, the fatty acid ester (C) is used in an amount of 0.01-5 parts by weight, and the specific aromatic compound (D) is used in an amount equal to or more than 0.0001 parts by weight and less than 0.05 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the aromatic polycarbonate resin (A).
