According to the present invention, provided is fine aggregate for concrete, comprising mixed slag in which ferronickel slag and blast furnace slag are mixed. The mixed slag fine aggregate according to the present invention exhibits improved fluidity and/or strength when applied to concrete and/or mortar as a sand substitute. In addition, the mixed slag fine aggregate of the present invention exhibits improved shrinkage. In addition, the problem of unbalanced supply and demand of natural aggregate can be solved, and the effect can be expected as a method of recycling slag as valuable resources.
