Zusammenfassung:	A damper for a drum washing machine is disclosed. The damper for a drum washing machine for attenuating vibration of a tub of the drum washing machine according to the present embodiment includes: a damping unit supporting the tub and including a damping member formed in a spiral shape; and a frame unit supporting the damping unit while separating the damping unit from a cabinet. The damping member can be formed by twisting a plurality of steel wires. The damper of the present invention can reduce vibration and noise of the drum washing machine. 드럼세탁기용 댐퍼가 개시된다. 본 실시 예에 의한 드럼세탁기의 터브의 진동을 감쇠하는 드럼세탁기용 댐퍼에 있어서, 터브를 지지하고, 나선형으로 형성되는 댐핑부재를 포함하는 댐핑부; 및 댐핑부를 캐비닛에서 이격시키면서 지지하는 프레임부;를 포함하고, 댐핑부재는 복수의 강선을 꼬아서 형성되어 제공될 수 있다.
