Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for providing user interest information and includes: a communication device that performs communication with a vehicle terminal of a vehicle; a storage unit that stores context information for each field of interest; and a processing unit that extracts the field of interest through similarity matching between the received context information and the context information for each field of interest and extracts the interest information of a similar cluster based on the extracted field of interest when receiving the context information associated with the point of interest from the vehicle terminal. 본 발명은 사용자 관심정보 제공장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 차량 단말과 통신을 수행하는 통신부, 각 관심분야별 상황 정보를 저장하는 저장부, 및 상기 차량 단말로부터 관심시점에 연계되는 상황 정보를 수신하면 수신된 상황 정보과 상기 각 관심분야별 상황 정보의 유사도 매칭을 통해 관심분야를 추출하고, 추출된 관심분야를 바탕으로 유사 군집의 관심정보를 제공하는 처리부를 포함한다.
