Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a fastening structure of a turbocharger and an exhaust connection unit for connecting a turbocharger and an exhaust connection unit placed under the turbocharger with each other. The fastening structure includes: a ring-shaped WCC flange including a ring-shaped engagement protrusion formed on one side and a stepped protrusion formed at an end of the engagement protrusion, and having the other side mounted on an exhaust connection unit; a ring-shaped WCC gasket having an inner cylindrical surface formed to be matched with the engagement protrusion, including a gasket groove corresponding to the stepped protrusion to enable the stepped protrusion to be inserted into the inner cylindrical surface, and turned to be fastened with the WCC flange; and a ring-shaped turbocharger flange having one side mounted on a turbocharger, including a stepped part formed on the other side and stepped along an inner cylindrical surface and a stepped groove formed above the stepped part to insert the stepped protrusion, and turned to be fastened with the WCC flange. The turbocharger flange, the WCC flange and the WCC gasket are combined with each other while having the same rotation axis. According to the present invention, when mutual combination is required, the turbocharger flange, the WCC flange and the WCC gasket having the same rotation axis are used, which can enhance an assembly property. Moreover, the present invention is capable of simplifying a fastening structure of a turbocharger and an exhaust connection unit by fastening the turbocharger flange, the WCC flange and the WCC gasket through a groove and a protrusion corresponding to the groove instead of using screws.
본 발명은, 터보차저와 터보차저의 하방에 배치되는 배기 연결유닛을 상호 연결하기 위한 터보차저와 배기 연결유닛의 체결 구조에 있어서, 일측에 환형의 걸림턱이 형성되고 걸림턱의 끝단에 단차돌기가 형성되며 타측이 배기 연결유닛에 장착되는 환형의 WCC 플랜지; 내측 원주면이 걸림턱에 대응되도록 형성되고 내측 원주면에 단차돌기가 삽입되도록 단차돌기에 대응되는 가스켓홈이 형성되며 WCC 플랜지와 회전 체결되는 환형의 WCC 가스켓; 일측이 터보차저에 장착되며 타측에 내측 원주면을 따라 단이 형성된 단차부를 포함하며 단차부의 상단에 단차돌기가 삽입되는 단차홈이 형성되며 WCC 플랜지와 회전 체결되는 환형의 터보차저 플랜지; 터보차저 플랜지, WCC 플랜지 및 WCC 가스켓은 동일한 회전축을 가지고 상호 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보차저와 배기 연결유닛의 체결 구조를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 상호 결합 시 동일한 회전축을 갖는 터보차저 플랜지, WCC 플랜지 및 WCC 가스켓을 활용하여 조립성이 증대되는 이점이 있다. 또한 본 발명은, 터보차저 플랜지, WCC 플랜지 및 WCC 가스켓을 나사 연결하지 않고 홈과 홈에 대응되는 돌기를 활용하여 체결하여 터보차저와 배기 연결유닛의 체결 구조가 간단한 이점이 있다. |
