Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating obesity, fatty liver or steatohepatitis containing a peptide for inhibiting Fas signal transduction as an active component. The peptide for inhibiting Fas signal transduction is specifically bound to Fas, which is highly expressed in liver and fat tissues during obesity, thereby having high transduction efficiency on inflammatory regions caused by obesity. In addition, the peptide directly inhibits Fas signal transduction, which is a main signal transduction system of inflammation to inhibit inflammatory response, thereby being able to be usefully used for alleviating or treating obesity and non-alcoholic fatty liver. 본 발명은 Fas 신호전달 억제용 펩티드를 유효성분으로 포함하는 비만, 지방간 또는 지방간염의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로 상기 Fas 신호전달 억제용 펩티드는 비만시 간과 지방조직에서 많이 발현되는 Fas에 특이적으로 결합하므로 비만으로 인한 염증 부위에 대한 전달 효율이 높고, 염증의 주요 신호 전달 체계인 Fas 신호전달을 직접적으로 억제하여 염증 반응을 억제할 수 있으므로 비만 및 비알콜성 지방간 개선, 치료 용도로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
