Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an electrochromic device and a display device including the same. The electrochromic device, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: an ion blocking film disposed on the pixel electrode; an electrochromic layer disposed on the ion blocking film; an electrolyte layer disposed on the electrochromic layer; and a bank disposed between a pixel electrode of an adjacent sub-pixel among a plurality of sub-pixels and an ion blocking film and an electrochromic layer. Therefore, reliability of the electrochromic device is improved, and the response time can be shortened. 본 발명은 전기 변색 장치 및 이를 포함하는 표시 장치에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 전기 변색 장치는 화소 전극 위에 배치되는 이온 차단막, 이온 차단막 위에 배치되는 전기 변색층, 전기 변색층 위에 배치되는 전해질층 및 복수의 서브-화소 중 이웃하는 서브-화소의 화소 전극과 이온 차단막 및 전기 변색층 사이에 배치된 뱅크를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에, 전기 변색 장치의 신뢰성이 향상되고, 응답시간이 단축될 수 있다.
