Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a BCDA-based semi-alicyclic polyimide membrane material for gas separation and a method for preparing the same. The polyimide material prepared according to the present invention has high solubility in a casting solvent, particularly in a polar organic solvent, by interrupting asymmetry in a polyimide chain structure and formation of a polyimide complex compared with an aromatic polyimide, and has remarkably high heat resistance compared to the conventional aromatic polyimides and aliphatic polyimides. Accordingly, the polyimide material of the present invention is useful as the material can be easily processed into a high-selective permeable composite membrane or an asymmetric hollow fiber membrane, which is used for commercial purposes, and can be effectively used as a membrane for gas separation in various fields. In addition, the polyimide material membrane for gas separation is useful as the membrane has more excellent gas separation properties than the conventional commercialized aromatic polyimides or semi-alicyclic polyimides.
본 발명은 BCDA 기반의 부분-지환족 폴리이미드 기체분리막 소재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따라 제조된 폴리이미드 소재는 방향족 폴리이미드에 비해 폴리이미드 체인구조에 비대칭성 및 폴리이미드 착체의 형성을 방해하여, 제막용매에 대한 용해도가 높고, 특히 극성 유기용매에 잘 녹으며, 기존의 방향족 폴리이미드 및 지방족 폴리이미드에 비해 내열성이 현저히 높은 바, 상업적인 목적으로 사용되는 고선택 투과성의 복합막이나 비대칭구조의 중공사막으로 가공이 용이하여 다양한 분야에서의 기체분리막으로 사용될 수 있어 유용할 뿐 아니라, 본 발명의 폴리이미드 소재의 기체분리막은 기체분리특성이 기존의 상업화된 방향족 폴리이미드나 부분지환족 폴리이미드보다 우수한 바, 유용하다. |
