Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a composition for a synovial fluid substitute comprising hyaluronic acid. In particular, the composition satisfies certain conditions in the frequency sweep test and the rate sweep test, and thus can suppress a decrease in the molecular weight of hyaluronic acid and maintain viscoelasticity, thereby increasing stability of the preparation; and satisfies osmotic pressure and pH ranges similar to those of normal synovial fluid, and thus can significantly alleviate the pain that might occur in patients. Thus, the composition is useful for replenishing synovial fluid loss during arthroscopic surgery, facilitating a rapid recovery of functions due to reduced joint friction, reducing the risk of infection in joint surgical site, and alleviating pain in patients. 본 발명은 히알루론산을 포함하는 관절활액보충재용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 진동수 변화 시험(Frequency Sweep Test) 및 전단 속도 변화 시험(Rate Sweep Test)에서 특유의 조건을 만족함으로써 히알루론산 분자량의 감소를 억제시키고 점탄성을 유지시켜 제제의 안정성을 높이고, 정상 관절활액과 유사한 삼투압과 pH 범위를 만족시켜 환자에게 발생할 수 있는 통증을 현저하게 경감시킬 수 있어 관절경 수술시에 소실되는 활액의 대체, 관절부의 마찰 경감으로 인한 신속한 기능성 회복, 관절 수술 부위의 감염 위험도 경감, 환자의 통증 완화용으로 유용하다.
