Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are an electromagnetic coupling apparatus and a wireless communication system including the same. One embodiment of the electromagnetic coupling apparatus comprises: an antenna unit having an impedance component; and an attaching unit attaching the electromagnetic coupling apparatus to a conductor, attaching the electromagnetic coupling apparatus to the conductor so that a certain gap is formed between the antenna unit and the conductor, and forming a capacitance between the antenna unit and the conductor.
