Auto-Input Type Automated Packaging Apparatus For Cone-Shaped Tap Hole Stopper

The present invention relates to an auto-feeding packaging apparatus for cone-shaped tap hole plugs, which can automate a series of processes including feeding tap hole plugs to a receiving device by a perforated plate loading device and loading the plugs in a packaging box. According to the present invention, the auto-feeding packaging apparatus for cone-shaped tap hole plugs comprises: a tray on which perforated plates that support plastically processed plugs are loaded; a perforated plate loading unit for pushing the perforated plates using a push rod to pull out the perforated plates on which the plugs are placed from the tray; a receiving device for receiving the perforated plates pushed by the perforated plate loading unit; a feeding device installed adjacent to the receiving device, pushing the plugs from one side to the other side to separate the plugs from the perforated plates, and pushing the perforated plates from the other side to the one side to recollect the empty perforated plates; a perforated plate re-collecting device for re-collecting the perforated plates pushed by the feeding device; a conveying device installed on the other side of the feeding device and conveying the plugs pushed and moved by the feeding device to a fall position; a plug aligning device for aligning the plugs conveyed by the conveying device and changing the number of rows of the plugs aligned according to sizes of the plugs; a plug fall inducing device for inducing the plugs aligned by the plug aligning device to fall to a predetermined fall position; and a box conveying device which includes a box support plate supporting a packaging box for loading the plugs and moves the packaging box to receive the plugs falling from the plug fall inducing device to the predetermined fall position from below and fill the packaging box with the plugs. 본 발명에 따른 자동투입식 원뿔형 탕구마개 자동 포장설비는, 소성가공된 탕구마개를 받치는 타공판이 적재된 트레이; 상기 트레이에서 탕구마개가 놓여진 타공판을 빼내기 위하여 밀대판을 이용하여 타공판을 밀어내는 타공판 로딩부; 상기 타공판 로딩부로부터 밀려 온 타공판을 받는 접수장치; 상기 접수장치에 인접 설치되고, 상기 타공판으로부터 분리시키기 위하여 탕구마개를 일측에서 타측으로 밀어내고, 비어진 타공판을 회수하기 위하여 타공판을 타측에서 일측으로 밀아내는 피딩장치; 상기 피딩장치에 의해 밀려 온 타공판을 회수하는 타공판 회수장치; 상기 피딩장치의 타측에 설치되고, 상기 피딩장치에 의해 밀려 옮겨진 탕구마개를 낙하위치로 이송시키는 이송장치; 상기 이송장치에 의해 이송되는 탕구마개를 정렬시키고, 탕구마개의 크기에 따라 정렬되어 늘어서는 줄의 개수를 가변시키는 마개 정렬장치; 상기 마개 정렬장치에 의해 정렬된 탕구마개가 정해진 낙하위치로 떨어지도록 유도하는 마개 낙하유도장치; 상기 탕구마개를 적재하기 위한 포장박스를 받치는 박스받침판을 구비하고, 상기 마개 유도낙하장치에서 정해진 낙하위치로 떨어지는 탕구마개를 밑에서 받아 상기 포장박스 내부에 채워지도록 상기 박스받침판의 위치를 이동시키는 박스이동장치;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다
