Object Tracking System and method automatically gathering in vehicle black box image

Provided is an object tracking system, which comprises a black box terminal for a vehicle equipped with a communication function and a server checking a location of the black box terminal, sending an image transmission request to the black box terminal around an event occurrence area, and recognizing an object from the transmitted image.
