Display Device integrated Touch Screen Panel

The present invention relates to a touch screen panel integrated image display device for reducing single line defects while being implemented in a thin form. According to the present invention, the touch screen panel integrated image display device comprises: a pixel part including a plurality of pixels formed in a sealing area between a lower substrate and an upper substrate; first touch electrodes formed on the upper substrate on the sealing area in a first direction, and having one end extended to a non-sealing area on the lower substrate; and an inclined part disposed below the first touch electrodes at a boundary between the sealing area and the non-sealing area. 본 발명은 박형으로 구현되면서 단선결함이 개선된 터치스크린패널 일체형 영상표시장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 터치스크린패널 일체형 영상표시장치는, 하부기판과 상부기판 사이의 밀봉영역 내에 형성된 다수의 화소들을 포함하는 화소부와; 상기 밀봉영역 상의 상부기판 상에 제1 방향으로 형성되며, 일단이 상기 하부기판 상의 비밀봉영역까지 연장되도록 형성되는 제1 터치전극들과; 상기 밀봉영역과 상기 비밀봉영역의 경계에서 상기 제1 터치전극들의 하부에 배치된 경사부;를 포함한다.
