Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a polymer-cell mixed spheroid having bioactive factors loaded therein, which uses a fallen leaf-stacking type porous fine polymer particles having the bioactive factors adsorbed thereon, a manufacturing method thereof, and a method for using the same to various applications. According to the present invention, the bioactive factors are adsorbed on the fallen leaf-stacking type porous fine polymer particles having a unique structure and the fallen leaf-stacking type porous fine polymer particles having the bioactive factors adsorbed thereon are mixed with cells such that the polymer-cell mixed spheroid can be manufactured. Accordingly, the bioactive factors loaded in the polymer are released from the spheroid in a suspended release type, thereby providing an effect of promoting cell differentiation and regeneration in an injured portion. 본 발명은 생리활성인자가 흡착된 낙엽적층형 다공성 고분자 미세입자를 이용한 생리활성인자들이 탑재된 고분자-세포 혼합 스페로이드, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 다양한 용도에 이용하는 사용방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 독특한 구조를 가지는 낙엽 적층형 다공성 고분자 미세입자에 생리활성인자를 흡착시키고, 생리활성인자가 흡착된 낙엽적층형 다공성 고분자 미세입자를 세포와 혼합시킨 고분자-세포 혼합 스페로이드를 제조할 수 있으며, 상기 고분자에 탑재된 생리활성인자는 스페로이드로부터 서방형 방출되어 손상된 부위에서 세포의 분화 및 재생을 촉진시키는 효과를 가진다.
