Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a raw material weighing apparatus and a control method thereof. An embodiment of the present invention is to provide the raw material weighing apparatus capable of preventing a material from sticking in a weighing hopper and a dust collection duct, and the control method thereof. The raw material weighing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a weighing hopper which receives a raw material and performs weighing; a weight measurement unit measuring the weight of the weighing hopper; a dust collection duct connecting a dust collector and an upper part of the weighing hopper; a dust collection duct damper which opens and closes a flow path of the dust collection duct; and a control unit which controls the dust collection duct damper to open the flow path of the dust collection duct if the raw material is supplied to the weighing hopper, and to close the flow path of the dust collection duct if the raw material of the weighing hopper is discharged. 원료 평량장치 및 그 제어방법을 개시한다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 원료 평량장치는 원료를 공급받아 평량하는 평량호퍼; 평량호퍼의 중량을 측정하는 중량측정부; 집진기와 평량호퍼 상부를 연결하는 집진덕트; 집진덕트의 유로를 개폐하는 집진덕트댐퍼; 및 평량호퍼에 원료가 공급되면 집진덕트의 유로를 개방하고, 평량호퍼의 원료가 배출되면 집진덕트의 유로를 폐쇄하도록 집진덕트댐퍼를 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다.
