본 발명은 알부민이 결합된 글루카곤 유사 펩타이드-1 유사체에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 알부민이 링커를 통해 글루카곤 유사 펩타이드-1 유사체의 특정 위치에 결합된 유사체, 이의 용도 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 GLP-1 유사체가 링커를 통해 인간 혈청 알부민과 결합된 GLP-1 유사체는 GLP-1의 특정 위치, 구체적으로 13Y 또는 22F에 알부민을 결합시켜 입체 장애로 인한 약효 감소를 최소화하였다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 유사체는 알부민과의 결합을 통해 체내 반감기를 증가시켰다. 따라서, 본 발명의 GLP-1 변이체가 링커를 통해 인간 혈청 알부민과 결합된 GLP-1 유사체는 당뇨병을 치료하는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. |
