Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an insulating cover using a waste banner, which comprises: a step of collecting waste banners; an alignment step of stacking the waste banners by aligning an edge part and an end part of the collected waste banners and overlapping the same in a state of fixing the same with a temporary fixing member; a washing step of supplying the waste banners to a transfer roller one by one to remove foreign matters attached to a surface and a rear surface of the waste banners through a high-pressure spray air nozzle or a high-pressure spray steam nozzle provided at upper and lower portions at a rear end of the transfer roller; a standardization step of cutting the waste banners removed with the foreign matters into a rectangular shape (less than 200 mm x 200 mm) through a cutting device with a grid-shaped cutter one by one or in a state of overlapping a plurality of pieces thereof; a cotton manufacturing step of supplying the standardized rectangular pieces of the waste banners to a cotton gin to manufacture a waste banner cotton; a sheet manufacturing step of supplying the waste banner cotton to a needle punching machine to mold the same into a non-woven fabric shape; a sheet roll manufacturing step of winding a non-woven sheet around a paper tube by a predetermined length; and an insulating cover manufacturing step of transferring and supplying a plurality of sheet rolls in a state of overlapping a plurality of pieces thereof to a lamination member to laminate (sewing or heat-fusion or bonding) the same by a preset thickness. According to the present invention, a collection rate of the waste banners can be maximized to prevent air pollution.
본 발명은, 본 발명에 의한 폐현수막을 이용한 보온덮개 제조방법은, 폐현수막을 수거하는 단계; 수거된 폐현수막의 모서리부와 일단부를 정렬시켜서 가고정부재로 고정시키는 상태로 서로 겹지게 포개어 다수의 폐현수막을 적층시키는 정렬단계; 상기 폐현수막을 이송롤러에 낱장 공급하여 이송롤러 후단에 상,하부에 구비되는 고압분사 에어노즐 또는 고압분사 스팀노즐을 통하여 상기 폐현수막 표면 및 이면에 부착된 이물질을 제거하는 세정단계; 상기 이물질이 제거된 폐혀수막을 낱장 또는 복수장으로 겹쳐진 상태에서 격자형 절단커터가 구비된 절단기를 통해 사각형상(200mm×200mm 미만)으로 절단하는 규격화단계; 규격화된 상기 폐현수막 사각형 조각을 타면기에 공급하여 폐현수막솜을 제조하는 솜제조단계; 상기 폐현수막솜을 니들펀칭기(needle punching)에 공급하여 부직포형태로 성형하는 시트제조단계; 상기 부직시트를 지관에 일정길이로 감아 시트롤 제조단계; 및 복수의 상기 시프롤을 여러장 겹친 상태로 합지부재로 이송 공급하여 설정된 두께로 합지(재봉 또는 열융착 또는 본딩)하는 보온덮개 제조단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
