The cooling water drain structure for an integrated heat management module can include: a drain chamber disposed in the direction of gravity with respect to the driven shaft of the valve unit; and a cooling water guide passage guiding cooling water from the driven shaft of the valve unit to the drain chamber. 본 발명은 밸브하우징 및 피동축을 가진 밸브유닛과, 엑츄에이터 하우징 및 구동축을 가진 엑츄에이터를 포함한 통합형 열관리모듈에 마련된 통합형 열관리모듈용 냉각수 드레인구조로서, 상기 밸브유닛의 피동축에 대해 중력방향으로 배치된 드레인챔버; 및 상기 밸브유닛의 피동축으로부터 상기 드레인챔버로 냉각수를 가이드하는 냉각수 가이드통로를 포함할 수 있다.
