Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a separator and a separator manufactured thereby. The method comprises: a step of forming a microfiltration layer by coating a polymer solution on a porous substrate; a step of forming an active layer on the microfiltration layer; a step of forming a protective layer by immersing the active layer in a solution for forming the protective layer; and a step of removing the excess solution for forming the protective layer using an air knife of the wind speed of 30-70 m/s. The performance of the separator is improved. 본 명세서는 다공성 기재 상에 고분자 용액을 코팅하여 미세여과층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 미세여과층 상에 활성층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 활성층을 보호층 형성용 용액에 침지하여 보호층을 형성하는 단계; 및 30m/s 내지 70m/s 풍속의 에어나이프(air knife)를 통해 과량의 보호층 형성용 용액을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 분리막의 제조 방법 및 이에 의하여 제조된 분리막에 관한 것이다.
