BATTERY SYSTEM INCLUDING WATER COOLING TYPE COOLING APPARATUS AND FLOW CONTROL DEVICE ASSEMBLY FOR THE SAME

Disclosed is a battery system having a water cooling type cooling device, which comprises: a plurality of battery modules accommodated in an enclosure and connected to one another; a water cooling type cooler installed on one side of the enclosure; a cooling tank including a cooling room arranged on the enclosure and supplying cooling water supplied from the water cooling type cooler to the battery modules and a heating room arranged adjacent to the cooling room and re-supplying cooling water which has completed heat exchange with the battery modules to the water cooling type cooler; and pressure variable valve mechanisms installed in the cooling tank to correspond to the battery module, respectively, and adjusting an introduced flow rate of the cooling water to correspond to a change in an internal pressure of the battery modules so as to perform uniform distribution of a flow rate. 본 발명은 외함 내부에 수용되고 서로 연결된 복수개의 배터리 모듈; 상기 외함의 일측에 설치된 수냉식 냉각기; 상기 외함에 배치되어 상기 수냉식 냉각기로부터 공급되는 냉각수를 상기 복수개의 배터리 모듈에 공급하는 냉각룸과, 상기 냉각룸에 인접 배치되고 상기 복수개의 배터리 모듈과 열교환을 거친 냉각수를 상기 수냉식 냉각기로 다시 공급하는 히팅룸을 구비한 냉각탱크; 및 각각의 배터리 모듈에 대응하게 상기 냉각탱크에 설치되고 상기 배터리 모듈의 내부압력 변화에 대응하여 상기 냉각수의 인입 유량을 조절하여 균일한 유량 배분을 수행하는 압력가변밸브기구;를 포함하는 수냉식 냉각장치를 구비한 배터리 시스템을 개시한다.
