Multi Scanner

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a rotation reflector structure capable of implementing a dual scanning which scans a laser beam in two directions, inclined toward the horizontal direction and the ground, but does not require an additional mechanical device so that the miniaturization of an optical system is possible. A scanning device for the Lidar of the present invention is composed of multiple scanners having dual reflectors for sending laser beams in multiple directions, and the dual reflector can scan a laser beam at different angles by implementing different angles based on a rotation axis of a rotating device such as a motor. 본 발명의 목적은 레이저빔을 수평방향과 지면쪽으로 기울어진 두 방향으로 각각 스캐닝하는 이중 스캐닝를 구현하면서도 추가적인 기계장치를 필요로 하지 않아 광학계의 소형화가 가능한 회전반사경의 구조와 이를 사용한 라이다 광학계 구조를 제시하고자 하는 것이다. 본 발명의 라이다용 스캐닝 장치는 레이저빔을 복수의 방향으로 보내기 위한 이중 반사경을 구비한 다중 스캐너로 이루어지며, 이러한 이중 반사경은 모터와 같은 회전장치의 회전축 기준으로 서로 다른 각도를 구현함으로써 레이저 빔을 서로 다른 각도로 스캐닝할 수 있다.
