Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an automatic gate cutting device of an injection-molded product, in which an injection mold (10) consisting of upper and lower molds (11,12) is formed, a cutting part (20) is installed to cut a gate (14) by operating upwards while the molding of an injection product (100) by the injection mold (10) is completed on the inside of the lower mold (12), and reduces unnecessary work time and manpower consumption without a separate process for cutting the gate (14) by molding injection molded resin products and demolding the gate (14) injecting a resin into the mold in an automatically cutting state. 본 발명은 사출성형 제품의 게이트 자동절단장치에 있어서, 상,하부금형(11)(12)으로 구성되는 사출금형(10)이 형성되고, 하부금형(12)의 내측에는 사출금형(10)에 의한 사출제품(100)의 성형이 완료됨과 함께 상승작동하여 게이트(14)를 절단하하는 절단부(20)가 설치되어 사출성형되는 수지제품의 성형과 함께 금형 내로 수지를 주입하는 게이트(14)가 자동으로 절단된 상태로 탈형이 되도록 함으로써 게이트(14) 절단을 위한 별도의 공정이 필요 없어 불필요한 작업시간 및 인력의 소비를 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
