Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a cool and warm wind drying device for drying an agricultural and marine product such as a car or the like. The cool and warm wind drying device comprises: a device housing (110) which includes an opening/closing door (M) in a front side, provides an accommodating space inside, and forms a sealed structure to the outside; at least one drying room (120, 130) which is provided in the accommodating space and includes a plurality of air spraying units (125, 135) in a side surface unit; passage units (X1-X3) of cool wind or warm wind which are provided along an outer surface of the at least one drying room; a dehumidification cooling unit (140) which is adjacent to the at least one drying room (120, 130) and removes moisture included in air in the accommodating space; a fan unit (150) which flows and convects a flow of the air passing through the dehumidification cooling unit (140); a heating unit (160) which heats the air passing through the fan unit (150) by applying power of the controlling unit; a vacuum auxiliary tank (210) which sucks gas in the accommodating space; and a nitrogen auxiliary tank (220) which fills nitrogen gas in the accommodating space. The present invention can maximize marketability of the agricultural and marine product. 본 발명은 차를 비롯한 농수산물의 건조를 위한 냉온풍 건조장치에 대한 것으로, 본 발명에 다른 냉온풍 건조장치는 전방에 개폐식 도어(M)를 구비하며, 내부에 수용공간을 마련하며 외부로 밀폐구조를 형성하는 장치 하우징(110); 상기 수용공간 내에 마련되며, 측면부에 다수의 공기분사부(125, 135)를 구비하는 적어도 1 이상의 건조실(120, 130); 상기 건조실의 외측면을 따라 마련되는 냉풍 또는 온풍의 유로부(X1~X3); 상기 건조실(120, 130)에 인접하여 배치되며, 상기 수용공간 내의 공기에 포함된 습기를 제거하는 제습냉각부(140); 상기 제습냉각부(140)를 경유한 공기의 흐름을 유동하여 대류시키는 팬유닛(150); 상기 팬유닛(150)을 경유하는 공기를 제어부의 전원인가에 의해 가열시키는 가열부(160); 상기 수용공간 내의 가스를 흡입하는 진공 보조 탱크(210); 및 상기 수용공간 내에 질소 가스를 충전하는 질소 보조 탱크(220);를 포함한다.
