Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a building insulation material, wherein the building insulation material comprising an interior insulation sheet including a plurality of air layers and an exterior insulation sheet formed on a surface of the interior insulation sheet is installed on a wall surface of various buildings, such that insulation and flame retardant properties of the buildings are improved, and thus, thermal insulation and cold insulation, sound-proof, due condensation-proof, and semi-noncombustible material properties thereof can be implemented. The building insulation material is provided with a plurality of insulation sheets (53) formed by fusing an aluminum film (52) to one surface of a foamed resin (51) with elasticity in which through spaces (51a) forming air layers are continuously formed in longitudinal and transverse directions, wherein the plurality of insulation sheets (53) are stacked on top of each other in a plurality of layers. The aluminum film (52) is stacked to be disposed between the plurality of layers, such that the through spaces (51a) forming air layers form an interior insulation sheet (50) formed in a plurality of layers, and a hard exterior insulation layer (60) thicker than the foamed resin (51) is adhering to one surface of the interior insulation sheet. 본 발명은 복수 층의 공기층을 형성시켜 된 내부단열시트와 그 내부단열시트의 표면에 외부단열시트를 형성시켜 된 건축물 단열재를 각종 건축물의 벽면에 설치하여 건축물의 단열 및 내연효과를 향상시킴으로 인한 보온·보냉과, 방음 및 결로방지, 그리고 준 불연 재료 성능을 발현하도록 한 건축물 단열재에 관한 것으로, 그 구성은, 공기층을 형성하는 관통공간(51a)이 종·횡 방향으로 연이어지게 형성된 탄성력을 갖는 발포수지(51)의 일 측 표면에 알루미늄필름(52)을 융착시켜 된 단열시트(53)가 복수 개 마련되고, 그 복수 개 마련된 단열시트(53)를 복수 층을 형성하도록 복수 층으로 적층하되, 상기 알루미늄필름(52)이 복수 층의 사이사이에 위치되게 적층하여 상기 공기층을 형성하는 관통공간(51a)이 복수 층을 이루는 내부단열시트(50)를 마련하며, 상기 내부단열시트의 일측 표면에는 상기 발포수지(51)의 두께보다 두꺼운 경질의 외부단열층(60)을 접착시켜 된 것으로 이루어진다.
