The motor comprises: a stator; a rotor assembly installed to be rotated inside the stator; and a rotation shaft inserted into the rotor assembly. The rotor assembly includes: a rotor core provided with a magnet; a bridge inserted into the rotor core; a first support plate coupled to one surface of the rotor core; and a second support plate coupled to the other surface of the rotor core. The bridge, the first support plate, and the second support plate are coupled together by a coupling member.
