Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an LED cooling device using a heat pipe having a condensate absorbing wick and a condensate return wick of a Rod type. More specifically, the heat pipe is coupled to one surface of an LED driven to emit light regardless of a direction of LED light, and a working fluid of a liquid state in an evaporation wick is evaporated by LED heat in the evaporation wick in which the working fluid is contained in the heat pipe to cool the working fluid which is evaporated to become gas by a cooling fan attached to a condensation unit so as to return the working fluid to the evaporation wick through the absorbing wick and the return wick, thereby enabling continuous and rapid cooling of an LED.
본 발명은 응축액 흡입윅과 Rod형 응축액 귀환윅을 갖는 히트파이프 이용 LED 냉각장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 LED 불빛의 방향과 무관하게 빛이 발상되도록 구동되는 LED의 일면에 히트파이프를 결합하고, 이러한 히트파이프 내에 작동유체가 함유되어 있는 증발윅에서, LED 발생열에 의해 증발윅내 액체상태의 작동유체는 증발되어 기체가 된 작동유체를 응축부에 부착된 냉각휜으로 냉각시켜 흡입윅과 귀환윅을 통해 증발윅으로 귀환시켜, LED의 지속적이고 신속한 냉각이 가능토록 한 응축액 흡입윅과 Rod형 응축액 귀환윅을 갖는 히트파이프 이용 LED 냉각장치에 관한 것이다. |
