Manufacturing method of packing pads

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a packing pad, and more specifically, to a method of manufacturing a packing pad, in which before a completely-printed HDPE film and a PE film are laminated, a separate PE film is additionally bonded, thereby preventing peeling of PE foam occurring during lamination of the PE foam. According to the present invention, the method of manufacturing a packing pad comprises the steps of: preparing poly ethylene (PE) foam; preparing a high density polyethylene (HDPE) film; printing a design on the HDPE film; laminating a PE film on one surface of the HDPE film, on which the design has been printed; and laminating the PE foam on the HDPE film on which the PE film is laminated. Moreover, accordingly, the method of manufacturing a packing pad is capable of preventing peeling of the PE foam during lamination of the PE foam since a separate PE film is additionally laminated before the HDPE film and the PE film are laminated. 본 발명은 포장용 패드의 제조방법에 대한 것으로서, 특히 인쇄 완료된 HDPE 필름과 PE 필름을 합지하기 전 PE 필름을 추가적으로 접합시켜 PE폼 합지 시 박리되는 현상을 방지하는 포장용 패드의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 포장용 패드의 제조방법은 PE폼(Poly Ethylene Foam)을 준비하는 단계와, HDPE(High Density Polyethylene) 필름을 준비하는 단계, 상기 HDPE 필름에 디자인을 인쇄하는 단계, 상기 디자인이 인쇄된 HDPE 필름의 일면에 PE 필름을 합지하는 단계, 상기 PE 필름이 합지된 HDPE 필름에 상기 PE폼을 합지하는 단계를 포함한다. 또한, 이에 따라, 본 발명에 따른 포장용 패드의 제조방법은 HDPE 필름과 PE 필름 합지 전 PE 필름을 추가 합지하여 PE폼 합지 시 박리되는 현상을 방지할 수 있다.
