The present invention relates to a harmful insect capture device which can efficiently attract and capture harmful insects, allows the captured harmful insects to be safely disposed of, and due to excellent durability, remains just as new even when used over a long period of time, and is easy to handle, thus increasing convenience for users. In particular, the harmful insect capture device is characterized by comprising: an upper ring and a lower ring, formed of a metal round bar material; a capture frame formed by connecting the upper ring and the lower ring with a plurality of support bars; support legs formed by extending the support bars further down from the lower ring; sharp parts formed at lower ends of the support legs so as to press into the ground surface; a capture space having a capture mesh body in a shape of a barrel with open top and bottom, fixed in an inner diameter part of the capture frame to capture harmful insects; a guide mesh body fixed in a lower side inside the capture mesh body and having a frustoconical shape that has a wide entrance at the bottom and an exit narrower than the entrance, at the top; a cover fixed to an upper part of the capture mesh body and being sealed; and a discharge tube fixed to the center of the cover to discharge captured harmful insects to the outside. 본 발명은 유해충을 효율적으로 유인하여 포집할 수 있고 포집된 유해충을 안전하게 후처리할 수 있는 것은 물론, 내구성이 우수하여 장기간 사용에도 처음과 같으며 취급이 용이하여 이용자들의 편의성을 증대시킬 수 있도록 한 것으로서; 금속환봉소재로 구비하는 상부링 및 하부링과; 상기 상부링과 하부링을 다수개의 지지바로 연결하여 구성하는 포집프레임과; 상기 지지바를 하부링의 하방으로 더 연장시켜 형성하는 지지다리와; 상기 지지다리의 하단에 형성하여 지면에 박을 수 있게하는 첨예부와; 상기 포집프레임의 내경부에 상부와 하부가 개방된 통체 형상의 포집망체를 고정하여 유해충을 포집하는 포집공간과; 상기 포집망체의 내부 하측에 하단에 넓은 유입구를, 상측에는 유입구 보다 좁은 출구를 가지고 고정되는 절두 원추형상의 유도망체와; 상기 포집망체의 상부에 고정하는 밀폐된 커버와; 상기 커버의 중앙에는 포집된 유해충을 외부로 배출하도록 고정하는 배출관체를 포함하는 것이 특징이다.
