Declining controlling device for transplanting machine

Disclosed is a riding type transplanting machine to have the same transplantation depth in a horizontally inclined farm land. According to the present invention, the transplanting machine comprises: a driving main body to autonomously drive; and a transplantation unit having a transplantation hopper installed on the rear side of the driving main body to implant seedlings in the farm land and a link apparatus vertically moving the transplantation hopper. Moreover, the inclination control apparatus comprises: a transplantation unit fixing frame (10) connected to a frame of the driving main body to maintain a fixed state and installed in the transplantation unit; a transplantation unit moving frame (20) supported to rotate around a rotational support point with respect to the fixing frame; an inclination detection means detecting the lateral inclination of the driving transplanting machine; and a hydraulic cylinder (34) installed in the fixing frame (10) to control the transplantation unit moving frame (20) to laterally incline based on a detection value of the inclination detection means and including a piston connected to the moving frame (20). The inclination detection means comprises a pair of height detection rollers (50) installed on the lower left and right parts of the moving frame of the transplantation unit to come in contact with the ground and a pair of potentiometers (62) interlocking with a height change of the height detection rollers (50). 본 발명은 좌우 경사진 재배지에서도 동일한 이식깊이를 가질 수 있는 승용형 이식기를 제안한다. 본 발명 이식기는, 자체적으로 주행 가능한 주행본체와, 주행본체의 후방에 설치되어 모종을 재배지에 심는 이식호퍼와 이식호퍼를 상하운동시키는 링크기구를 구비하는 이식부를 구비하고 있다. 그리고 본 발명 경사제어장치는, 주행본체의 프레임과 연결되어 고정된 상태를 유지하고, 이식부에 설치되는 이식부 고정프레임(10)과; 상기 고정프레임에 대하여 회전지지점을 중심으로 회전 가능하게 지지되는 이식부 가동프레임(20); 주행하는 이식기의 좌우 방향 경사를 감지하는 경사감지수단; 그리고 상기 경사감지수단의 감지값에 기초하여 이식부 가동프레임(10)을 좌우 방향으로 경사지게 제어하기 위하여, 고정프레임(10)에 설치되고 가동프레임(20)과 연결되는 피스톤을 구비하는 유압실린더(34)로 구성되된다. 그리고 경사감지수단은, 이식부의 가동프레임의 하부 좌우에 설치되어 재배지의 지면과 접촉하는 한 쌍의 높이감지롤러(50)와, 상기 높이감지롤러(50)의 높이 변화에 각각 연동하는 한 쌍의 포텐셔미터(62)로 구성된다.
