Normal operating life of production equipment digital control method

Disclosed is a digital control method for the normal operating life of a production facility. According to the present invention, the digital control method includes the steps of: accumulating data on normal operating life that can produce good products in an automated facility; extracting valid data from the accumulated data and converting the normal operating life to digital data based on the same to input the maximum and minimum values of the normal operating life to the control unit of the automation facility; and defining the normal operating life of the average value of the maximum and minimum values of the normal operating life inputted to the control unit of the automation facility and automatically stopping the automatic facility when the normal operating life of the automation facility reaches the average value. 생산설비의 정상작동수명 디지털제어방법이 개시되어 있다. 개시된 본 발명은 자동화 설비에서 양품을 생산할 수 있는 정상동작수명에 대한 데이터를 축적하는 단계; 축적된 데이터 중 유효 데이터를 추출하고, 이를 토대로 정상동작수명을 디지털로 변환하여 자동화 설비의 제어부에 정상작동수명의 최대값 및 최소값을 입력하는 단계; 그리고 자동화설비의 제어부에 입력된 정상작동수명의 최대값과 최소값의 평균값을 정상작동수명을 규정하고 이에 따라 자동화 설비의 정상작동수명이 평균값에 이르면 자동화 설비를 자동으로 정지시키는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
