Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a robot fish. The robot fish, wherein a body unit of the robot fish is composed of a plurality of segments and a joint unit is formed between the segments, comprises: a first coupling in which the joint unit is fixed to a motor shaft; and a second coupling wherein a power transmission shaft is formed on the lower surface and which is coupled to a load side. The first coupling and the second coupling form a recess unit and a protrusion unit on surfaces facing and coming in contact with each other. The second coupling is elastically supported by a spring. Therefore, if high torque is applied, a slip occurs while the protrusion unit is disengaged from the recess unit, and thus the high torque is prevented from being applied to a gear unit of a motor. Thus, the motor can be protected from high torque loads which are applied by rotational inertia.
본 발명은 로봇물고기에 관한 것으로, 로봇 물고기의 몸체부가 복수 분절부로 구성되고 분절부들 사이에 관절부가 구성되는 로봇 물고기에서, 관절부를 모터축에 고정된 제1커플링과, 하면에 동력전달축이 형성되어 부하측에 결합된 제2커플링을 구비하고, 제1커플링과 제2커플링은 서로 마주보고 접하는 면에 요홈부와 돌기부를 형성하며, 제2커플링을 스프링에 의해 탄력지지하게 구성함으로써, 고토크가 걸리면, 요홈부에서 돌기부가 이탈되면서 미끄러짐이 발생되게 함으로써, 고 토크가 모터의 기어부에 걸리는 것을 방지함으로써, 회전 관성에 의해 걸리는 고토크 부하로부터 모터를 보호할 수 있도록 한 것이다. |
