According to an embodiment of the present application, a display device capable of improving subthreshold swing factor includes a pixel circuit having a driving transistor and a plurality of pixels having a light emitting element connected to the pixel circuit. The pixel circuit includes a first circuit layer having a semiconductor layer of a first material disposed on a substrate and a first type transistor with a gate electrode disposed on the semiconductor layer of the first material, a circuit insulating layer disposed on the first circuit layer, and a second circuit layer having a semiconductor layer of a second material different from the first material disposed on the circuit insulating layer and a second type transistor with a gate electrode disposed on the semiconductor layer of the second material.
