Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a room temperature degreasing agent applicable in room temperature and a degreasing method using the same. The room temperature degreasing agent can have excellent decreasing force at room temperature and excellent vesicular properties by a nonionic surfactant. One aspect of the present invention provides the room temperature degreasing agent applicable in the room temperature, which includes: alkaline chemicals; nonionic surfactants containing alcohol alkoxylates; ionic surfactants; defoamers; chelate agents; and other remaining components. 상온에서 적용가능한 상온탈지제 및 이를 이용한 탈지방법이 개시된다. 상기 상온탈지제는 상온에서 우수한 탈지력을 나타낼 수 있으며, 비이온계 계면활성제에 의해 소포성이 우수한 특성이 있다.
