Hydraulic Lifting Machine for Steel Frame

The present invention relates to a hydraulic lifting device for automatically and minutely controlling the position of a prefabricated steel frame structure, which lifts a prefabricated steel frame structure (1). According to the present invention, the hydraulic lifting device for automatically and minutely controlling the position of a prefabricated steel frame structure includes: a lower carriage (100) equipped with a moving means (110); an upper carriage (200) formed in the upper part of the lower carriage (100) and having a mounting unit (210) on which the prefabricated steel frame structure (1) is mounted; a position control unit (300) formed in the upper carriage (200) and moving the prefabricated steel frame structure (1) mounted on the mounting unit (210); and a sensor unit (500) sensing the position and height of the prefabricated steel frame structure (1). According to the present invention, the hydraulic lifting device can automatically and minutely control the position of the prefabricated steel frame structure while lifting a heavy structure. 본 발명에 따르면, 선조립 철골 구조물(1)을 리프팅 하는 미세 위치 자동조절 유압 리프팅 장비에 있어서, 이동수단(110)이 구비된 하부대차(100); 상기 하부대차(100)의 상부에 형성되며, 상기 선조립 철골 구조물(1)이 거치되는 안착부(210)가 형성된 상부대차(200); 상기 상부대차(200)에 형성되며, 상기 안착부(210)에 안착된 상기 선조립 철골 구조물(1)을 이동시키는 위치 조절부(300); 및 상기 선조립 철골 구조물(1)의 위치 및 높이를 센싱하는 센서부(500);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세 위치 자동조절 유압 리프팅 장비가 제공된다. 본 발명에 따르면 고중량 구조물의 리프팅에 있어 리프팅 상태에서도 선조립 철골 구조물의 위치를 자동적으로 미세 조절할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
