Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a voice signal processing device for detecting the wearing state of a user and a detection method thereof. The voice signal processing device comprises: a voice detection part detecting a voice signal input through a path different from a main input device that receives the voice of a user to output a detection signal; a signal processing part analyzing strength for each frequency section of the detection signal to determine the wearing state of the user; and an output part outputting a guide message according to a determination result of the signal processing part. 본 발명에 따른 음성신호 처리장치는, 사용자의 음성을 입력받는 주 입력장치와는 다른 경로로 입력되는 음성신호를 감지하여 감지신호를 출력하는 음성 감지부, 상기 감지신호의 주파수 구간별 세기를 분석하여 사용자의 착용상태를 판별하는 신호 처리부 및 상기 신호 처리부의 판별 결과에 따라 안내 메시지를 출력하는 출력부를 포함한다.
