Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a lead material for brazing, a manufacturing method thereof, and a brazing method of a joint using the same to minimize scraps produced during the processing of a lead material and minimize the cost and loss caused during brazing by improving the processing method. Specifically, according to the lead material for brazing, the manufacturing method thereof, and the brazing method of a joint using the same, a bending groove is formed on an edge in a desired bending direction so as to easily bend the band-shaped lead material, prevent wrinkles or cracks in the bent portion, and form an arc shape through the simple bending as well. 본 발명은 납재 가공시 발생하는 스크랩(scrap)을 최소화하고, 가공법을 개선하여 브레이징시 발생하는 비용 및 손실을 최소화할 수 있는 브레이징용 납재 및 이를 제조하는 방법과 이를 이용한 접합물 브레이징 방법에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는 굽히고자 하는 방향의 가장자리에 굽힘홈을 형성하여 띠 형상 납재를 쉽게 굽힐 수 있고, 굽혀진 부분에 주름이 생기거나 크랙이 발생하는 것을 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 쉽게 굽혀 호형상을 이루게 할 수 있는 브레이징 납재 및 이를 제조하는 방법과 이를 이용한 접합물 브레이징 방법에 관한 것이다.
