Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a composition for improving memory and treating concentration disorder, containing sphingomyelin, in which egg-derived sphingomyelin and milk-derived sphingomyelin are enriched and refined to enhance active components, and are mixed organically to enhance an effect. By the present invention, it is possible to provide a food or a pharmaceutical composition having an excellent sphingomyelin content, and also improve the absorption rate of sphingomyelin when the composition is taken, thereby being able to improve a pharmaceutical effect of related food or formulation and secure the performance and quality of related products.
