The exhaust gas treatment apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a housing; an ozone supply unit provided in the housing to supply ozone to exhaust gas introduced into the housing so as to oxidize nitrogen oxides and sulfur oxides contained in the exhaust gas; and a treatment unit provided in the housing to carry out treatment to remove oxidized nitrogen oxides and sulfur oxides from the exhaust gas.
