Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to carbon quantum dots combined with metal particles capable of controlling hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity, and to a production method thereof and, more specifically, to carbon quantum dots which capable of controlling hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity by binding TiO2 metal particles, which are a photocatalytic compound, to a copolymer through coordination with dopamine to control hydrophilicity after producing cross-linked hydrophobic carbon quantum dots through a dopamine compound, a silane compound, and a silica compound, and to a production method thereof.
본 발명은 친수성 및 소수성 제어가 가능한 금속입자와 결합된 탄소양자점 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 도파민 화합물과 silane 화합물, 실리카 화합물을 통해 가교된 소수성 탄소양자점을 제조한 후, 친수성 특성을 제어하기 위하여 광촉매화합물인 TiO금속입자를 도파민과의 배위결합을 통해공중합체에 결합하여 친수성과 소수성 특정을 제어할 수 있는 탄소양자점 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. |
