Further, the needle-free drug injection device comprises: an elastic member which is coupled to the outside of the shaft to provide an elastic force pushing the piston; and a cushioning unit which is coupled to the rear of the cylinder to lessen an impact when the rod is withdrawing. According to the present invention, a restoring force by a spring may be added, and therefore, even when the gas pressure supplied to the cylinder is less than conventionally applied pressures, a pressure sufficient to penetrate the skin can be created.
