Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a needle-free drug injection device. In particular, the needle-free drug injection device comprises: a cylinder including a body including first and second inlets into which a fluid is selectively injected, and a rod coupled inside the body and operated forward or backward by the fluid being injected; a pneumatic pressure generation unit which is connected to the first and second inlets to supply high-pressure air; a foot switch which controls the operation of injecting the high-pressure air into the cylinder; a shaft coupled to a front end portion of the body of the cylinder and connected to the rod; a drug solution injection member which is coupled to a front end of the shaft, has a drug solution inlet formed on an upper portion thereof, and has an opening formed at a front end thereof; a piston which is inserted into the drug solution injection member, is coupled to a front end of the shaft, and performs a pumping operation which draws the fluid in and out of the drug solution inlet by moving forward and backward; and a nozzle which is coupled to the opening at the front end of the drug solution injection member, includes a microchannel transferring the drug solution, and has a discharge hole formed at a front end thereof. Further, the needle-free drug injection device comprises: an elastic member which is coupled to the outside of the shaft to provide an elastic force pushing the piston; and a cushioning unit which is coupled to the rear of the cylinder to lessen an impact when the rod is withdrawing. According to the present invention, a restoring force by a spring may be added, and therefore, even when the gas pressure supplied to the cylinder is less than conventionally applied pressures, a pressure sufficient to penetrate the skin can be created.
본 발명은 무바늘 약액 주사장치에 관한 것으로, 유체가 선택적으로 주입되는 제1,2주입구가 형성된 바디와, 상기 바디의 내부에 결합되고 주입되는 유체에 의해 전후 작동하는 로드가 구비된 실린더; 제1,2주입구에 연결되어 고압 에어를 공급하는 공압발생부; 실린더에 고압 에어가 주입되는 작동을 제어하는 풋스위치; 실린더의 바디의 전단부에 결합되며 로드와 연결된 샤프트; 샤프트의 전단에 결합되며 약물주입구가 상부에 형성되고 전단에 개구공이 형성된 약액주입부재; 약액주입부재의 내부에 삽입되며 상기 샤프트의 전단에 결합되고 출몰작동하면서 유체를 약물주입구로부터 흡입 또는 배출시키는 펌핑작동을 하는 피스톤; 약액주입부재의 전단 개구공에 결합되고 약액이 이송되는 미세한 통로와 전단에 토출공이 형성된 노즐;을 포함하되, 샤프트의 외측에 결합되어 피스톤을 미는 탄성력을 발휘하는 탄성부재; 실린더의 후방에 결합되어 로드의 후진시 충격을 완화하는 완충부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무바늘 약액 주입장치에 의해 달성될 수 있다. 이에 따르면, 스프링에 의한 압축 팽창 탄성력이 추가될 수 있으므로 실린더에 공급되는 가스압력을 종래 보다 낮은 압력으로 하더라도 피부를 뚫을 수 있는 압력이 발휘될 수 있다. |
