Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a fire rescue system and a rescue method for a high-rise building using a mobile radio repeater outside the building which is to establish a wireless communication network centering on a mobile radio repeater outside the building and to repeatedly update a real-time location of evacuees to provide optimal rescue route information with high survival rate regardless of whether there is a power outage or damage to equipment in the building due to fire in the event of fire. 본 발명은 건물 외부의 이동식 무선중계기를 이용한 고층빌딩 화재 구난시스템 및 구난방법에 관한 것으로, 고층빌딩의 화재 발생시 화재로 인한 건물의 정전 및 건물 내 장비들의 파손 여부와 관계없이 건물 외부의 이동식 무선중계기를 중심으로 무선통신망을 구축하고 반복적으로 갱신하면서 피구난자들의 실시간 위치를 정확하게 파악하여 높은 생존율을 갖는 최적의 구난루트 정보를 제공할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
