The present invention relates to a substrate processing system, and more specifically, to a substrate transfer module which aligns a substrate arranged for substrate processing before transferring the same. To this end, disclosed in the present invention is a substrate transfer module which ejects substrates (10) in order from a substrate mounting unit on which a plurality of substrates (10) are mounted for substrate processing and in which an opening unit is formed on at least one surface to align the same in a Y-axis direction which is the substrate alignment direction, and comprises: a substrate transfer unit (200) which ejects the plurality of substrates (10) in order from the substrate mounting unit, and aligns the ejected substrates (10) in the Y-axis direction while supporting the same; and a pressurizing alignment unit (300) which pressurizes and aligns at least one substrate (10) mounted on the substrate mounting unit by being linearly moved through the opening unit before the substrates (10) mounted on the substrate mounting unit are ejected. 본 발명은, 기판처리시스템에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 기판처리를 위하여 배열되는 기판을 정렬하여 이송하는 기판이송모듈에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 기판처리를 위하여 다수의 기판(10)들이 적재되며, 적어도 일면에 개방부가 형성되는 기판적재부로부터 상기 기판(10)들을 차례로 인출하여 기판배열방향인 Y축방향으로 배열시키는 기판이송모듈로서, 기판적재부로부터 다수의 기판(10)들을 차례로 인출하며, 인출한 기판(10)들을 지지한 상태로 Y축방향을 따라서 배열하는 기판이송부(200)와; 기판적재부에 적재된 기판(10)들의 인출 전에, 개방부를 통해 선형이동하여 기판적재부에 적재된 하나 이상의 기판(10)을 가압하여 정렬하는 가압정렬부(300)를 포함하는 기판이송모듈을 개시한다.
